For the past 15 years, Laurent has been Washington DC’s well sought after fitness expert. He was called to participate in Oprah’s “Live Your Best Life” tour and has been featured in ELLE Magazine along with numerous television and radio programs, most recently the Dr. Oz show.
He has also created his own high intensity workout called NRGY!15TM. based on 15 signature moves choreographed to energetic music.
He motivates participants, making them laugh and love their way to happier and healthier ways of living and being. As a fitness entertainer, he is a regular correspondent on NBC, FOX, CBS and the CW Network, and has participated in events hosted by the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, which named him one of the country’s top 50 trainers. Washingtonian Magazine also named him as one of DC’s top trainers throughout the local region.
With all of his accolades, his most important position in life is as husband and father to the most beautiful ladies in the world.
He also shares the benefits of his new found passion, meditation. The woes of having two very young children can be daunting but he has found a way!

Tiffany Simpson-Crumpley serves as the Director of Network Development and Technical Assistance Specialist for AccessHealthSC. In this capacity, she provides technical assistance to
the statewide rural health networks and AccessHealth medical home placement programs for the uninsured. Prior to joining the SC Office of Rural Health, Tiffany served as the Assistant
Director of the Mecklenburg County System of Care, an initiative that supports multi-disciplinary collaboration to support families and youth struggling with mental health conditions.
Tiffany holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Health Science and African American Studies from San Jose State University. She received her Master’s in health services administration from Saint Mary's College of California.
